Returns Policy
- You may return or exchange an eligible item within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all certificates and tags intact.
- Once the item passes our quality inspection, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For bank transfer orders, refunds are credited to the bank account used for payment.
- Free pick-up is arranged for eligible returns within Indian pin codes served by our courier partners.
Exchanges
- Size exchanges (ring size, bangle size, chain length) are offered free within the 15-day window.
- Style exchanges are welcome; any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
- Exchange items are dispatched once the returned item passes inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
- Bespoke, customised, and engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items damaged due to misuse or worn beyond a simple fitting test.
- Products without original packaging, certificates, or tags.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in and go to My Orders, or email your order ID to care@global1jewels.in.
- Select "Return / Exchange" and state your reason.
- Our team will approve and schedule a free reverse pick-up within 24-48 hours.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and hand it to our courier partner.
- Refund or exchange is processed after quality inspection.
